Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. During high volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather or transit delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, packages may be delayed or returned to us. If this happens, we will reach out to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@bomaebrands.com and we will help file a claim with the carrier. BoMae Brands is not responsible for refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered, but we will always do our best to help.
International Shipping
At this time, BoMae Brands ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Pre-orders and Back-orders
If an item is marked as pre-order or back-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Your full order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
