Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless it is due to a defect.  If doing an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item leaving our warehouse, once the returned item is received.

Once the return is received, please allow for 3-4 business days for the return to be reflected on the payment method used.  You can always contact us for any return questions at info@bomaebrands.com.
